North Side's Adult Classes

Fundamental BJJ

Our Fundamental classes focus on learning proper technique through drilling with a partner. There is no rolling or sparring. These classes are perfect for beginners and advanced students alike.

Competition BJJ

Competition BJJ is a fast paced class that includes standing up to ground transitions, positional sparring, and competition based drills. The class ends with live rolling.

NO- GI BJJ

NoGi BJJ is grappling in shorts and rash guards instead of the traditional kimono. Training with and without the GI can improve your overall abilities. This style is best suited for MMA fighters.

Open Mat

Open Mat is open to all levels and provides an opportunity to roll or drill at your own pace and have questions answered.

Combatives

A blend of Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Wrestling, & NoGi BJJ. Also includes strikes on the ground and how to fight against weapons. Profesor Sean Huff  is the head Combatives Instructor at DMAFB for Special Operations.
